Ms. Dumoulin is part of the firm’s aviation finance team. She has supported the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank) in the asset-backed financing of commercial aircraft and corporate jets and on a variety of aircraft portfolio management matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dumoulin worked as a foreign legal intern and as a law clerk at top tier firms in the United States and France, as well as at the Civil Aviation Safety Authority in Canberra, Australia and EUROCONTROL in Brussels, Belgium. She has also served as independent legal consultant for the Flight Safety Foundation.
Ms. Dumoulin holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in law from the University of Aix-en-Provence, France (completed in part at the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom), and graduated with an L.L.M. in Air & Space Law from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia. She is also a licensed and passionate aviator.
