Paulina is a member of the firm’s aviation finance team. She provides support on aircraft financing transactions for commercial aircraft and corporate jets and on aircraft portfolio management matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Paulina worked as in-house counsel for large Colombian companies where she gained extensive experience in a variety of cross-border corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions.

Paulina received her law degree from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Colombia, a post-graduate degree in Commercial Law from Universidad del Rosario in Colombia, and a Master of Laws in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center. She is admitted to practice law in Colombia and is pending admission to the New York bar. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
